Unified Digital Experience

The Unified Digital Experience project reimagined the customer onboarding journey through a more connected, transparent, and human-centered digital experience. The goal was to establish a flexible design foundation that could bring greater clarity and consistency to a complex ecosystem while creating a more intuitive experience for customers.

I helped define the visual and interactive direction for the experience, establishing the design approach that guided a larger team of designers across the project. I developed key interface patterns, page templates, and motion principles that shaped the system, creating a scalable framework that balanced brand expression, usability, and customer transparency.
