Overview
The TurboTax website experience reimagined tax preparation through an immersive digital environment designed to bring a more human and approachable feel to the online filing experience. Built around a 3D storefront concept, the experience challenged traditional website structures by creating a more interactive and engaging way for users to explore TurboTax’s services.
Working alongside the creative director, I helped define the UI system and navigation approach for the unconventional experience. I designed key pages, developed interface patterns, and collaborated on the integration of 3D elements across the site, including key moments within the user journey.
